Fear Not

Fear not, for I am your God,
Fear not, for I prevail,
Fear not, for I am mighty,
Fear not, for I never fail.

Fear not, for I am victorious,
Fear not, for I have prevailed,
Fear not, for I have conquered,
Fear not, for I have conquered the grave.

Fear not, for you are not alone,
Fear not, for I am by your side,
Fear not, for I am with you,
Fear not, for I am beside.

Note:- The poem talks about the present situation,in our country especially Manipur.

When tension Hits me hard, a poem by Reginold Ajay Jacob, India

When tension Hits me hard

a poem by Reginold Ajay Jacob, India

When tension hits me hard,
I cling to the cross,
Till the tempest rages,
I do not leave the cross.

Come tempest come,
You will have to fail,
I with my Jesus,
Can never fail.

Did the disciples sink,
Did the sea prevail,
No, it failed,
Yes, it failed.

Nor did it win then,
Nor will it win now,
Shepard for sure,
No wolf shall allow.

Note:- This poem is written on the 27th of January 2018. This poem talks about my faith in God.
Once the disciples were on a boat and Jesus was also with them a storm approached as Jesus was asleep the disciples got afraid and woke up Jesus and he silenced the Storm.

Fear Not, a poem by Reginold Ajay Jacob, India

Fear Not,

a poem by Reginold Ajay Jacob, India

Minted gold and diamond,
Plenty of treasures in the word,
Giving succour to the faint heart,
Whenever they are heard

Fear not little flock,
I am on thy side,
Nobody can touch,
The ball of my eyes.

Did the manna fail in the desert?
Or the widow’s oil went dry,
I am the same forever,
If only my son ye try.

Do not fear tomorrow,
I Am Lord of it too,
Have faith in me,
That will lead you through.

He Insures Life, a poem by Reginold Ajay Jacob, India

He Insures Life
a poem by Reginold Ajay Jacob, India

I had got my life insured,
Screech less I came out of the ordeal,
The hammer machine halted right,
Just in front of my bike.

Who applied the brakes?
It is He every time,
Giving me an opportunity to praise,
For this, his gift called life.

In this poem, the hammer machine is nothing but a truck taking a sharp turn and it could have crushed me in a fraction of a second. God saved me. I thank him for his grace and favour through these lines. May my insurer continue to protect me forever?

As I look at my advocate

As I look at my advocate,
He says everything will be fine,
As they raise the accusations,
I'll raise the banner called love

Love is the fulfilment of the law,
Love the cause for His Cross,
His love is all-forgiving,
Yes, dear, God love's us all

It is His love that we abide,
It is His love that we are alive,
Love of God for the lost mankind,
His love is sufficient for all mankind

How assuring is the love of the lord,
It is more than all our wants,
When we stand at the judgment day,
It's love that will save us all

Note
We all have experienced love, it’s such a wonderful feeling.
To be in love, it inspires us to live.
And when we look at the love of the lord it is all-encompassing, unfailing, unending beyond compare.

Break all the bondage of fear, a poem by Reginold Ajay Jacob, India

Break all the bondage of fear
a poem by Reginold Ajay Jacob, India

What freedom he gave to all,
I nail all my sin to the Cross,
To the Cross, I nail all my fears,
He is my God, my dear.

Blood of Jesus has the power to cleanse,
Whatever be the depth of sin,
Were all the remedies of the world fail,
He sacrifices still doth prevails.

If fear has encompassed you,
You are right in front of the same,
Nail it to the cross of Jesus,
Fear will have to fail.

Fear of the unknown, nail it,
Fear of failure, nail it,
Fear and failure, nail it,
Nail it, nail it, to the Cross.

No weapon formed against you shall prosper, a poem by Reginold Ajay Jacob, India

No weapon formed against you shall prosper
a poem by Reginold Ajay Jacob, India

No weapon formed against you shall prosper,
I take him at his infallible word,
Neither has he failed in the past nor have I heard so in the world,

His word is my shield,
My shield can't ever fail,
No fear of alarm,
He shall always prevail,

My house is built on solid rock,
No fear of failure can ever knock,
He's my fortress,
He is my all in all

They called me a thorn , a poem by Reginold Ajay Jacob, India

They called me a thorn
a poem by Reginold Ajay Jacob, India

They called me a thorn
Again and again,
Yet He made roses to grow,
I hope now they will know,

Despised again and again,
Called worthless many a times,
Yet He made the difference,
I thank Him a million times.

Jacob may be a failure,
Yet his God prevails,
Where I may fail on my own,
My Lord, my God prevails.

Tell me now if I am a thorn
Blame me ye who called me words,
Who will believe your ignorance,
Look roses have covered the earth.

Note:- This poem talks about how the world may reject you, and consider you useless, like a thorn. Yet God, in my life, intervenes and changes to the course of fate. They called me thorn, despised me, yet He made all the difference. Rejoice with me in thanking Him. Amen.

You are dear

I think fear is driving me crazy,
Yet He says, fear not,
How futile is human race,
For it says, I cannot.

Fear not, it's His Command,
Why do you mortal fear,
Is your fear larger than Almighty,
Don't you know God is near.

Fear not,is the command,
Of my saviour, my Lord,
Why should I than fear,
For I know that the Lord is near.

I trust the words of my Saviour,
For I know that the Lord is near,
I fear tries to grab you,
Hold His hands,to Him you are dear.

R.A.Jacob
