We will die in our cage of status

No iron bars, we need

a poem by R.A. Jacob

We will die in our cage of status,

No iron bars, we need,

So divided is human society,

Nobody bothers, nobody heeds.

Note:- The poem is talking of the status barrier which we people create and fall short of God's grace

I could hear my ego, a poem by Reginold Ajay Jacob, India

I could hear my ego

a poem by Reginold Ajay Jacob, India

I could hear my ego loud and clear,
It's not a good voice,
I think I should snub it,
Before I lose this choice.

Fall of Lucifer are you unaware,
Ego is the mother of pride,
I tell I must relinquish it,
Before it gives birth to pride.

Lucifer fell down from heaven,
Pride always has a price,
Humble yourself I tell you,
Or you'll have to pay the price.

Pride is hated by the creator,
Let us leave it behind,
Let our creator find love in us
For that can only bind.

Note:- This Poem refers to the fall of Lucifer an angel who because of his pride fell from heaven after fighting with God. Today that angel is known as the devil

Dust thou art, a poem by Reginold Ajay Jacob, India

Dust thou art and,
To dust thou shalt return,
Proclaimed the Lord most high,
What a reward man had earned.

We all are just dust,
To dust, we shall return,
Why does dust boast,
When to the dust it shall return.

Did you hear what God said,
Wasn't it was very clear,
Dust should not boast,
For to dust, it shall return.

Why should we live in ego,
Why should we be proud,
Why should metal deceive us,
When in dust we will abound.

When ego blinds you,
Just look at the dust,
That's our ultimate destination,
When dust to dust returns.

What is your range , a poem by Reginald Ajay Jacob, India

What is your range
a poem by Reginold Ajay Jacob, India

You worship the Carpenter,
Doesn't it hit your core,
Your ego does it allow,
To worship such a humble soul.

What a status you have,
You are an important being,
How you can you worship,
Such a humble being.

Pride brought Lucifer down,
You need to hold it down,
All who could not control it
Lost their golden crown.

From angel to devil,
You saw the change,
Pride has degrees
What is your range?
