Dust thou art, a poem by Reginold Ajay Jacob, India

Dust thou art and,
To dust thou shalt return,
Proclaimed the Lord most high,
What a reward man had earned.

We all are just dust,
To dust, we shall return,
Why does dust boast,
When to the dust it shall return.

Did you hear what God said,
Wasn't it was very clear,
Dust should not boast,
For to dust, it shall return.

Why should we live in ego,
Why should we be proud,
Why should metal deceive us,
When in dust we will abound.

When ego blinds you,
Just look at the dust,
That's our ultimate destination,
When dust to dust returns.
