You do all the talking
a poem by R.A. Jacob
With your beautiful eyes,
I tell you a heartfelt truth,
Don't consider them utter lies.
Your silence speaks louder,
Louder than words,
Louder and clearer,
As it can be heard.
I share my life with you as you read each and every page. poems related to faith, love,, life, hope.
With your beautiful eyes,
I tell you a heartfelt truth,
Don't consider them utter lies.
Your silence speaks louder,
Louder than words,
Louder and clearer,
As it can be heard.
What do your closed eyes indicate,
Is it an act to meditate, or captivate,
May it be any of the two,
I find the latter greater and true.
Open not your eyes oh fragrance true,
Or how shall I look at you, and
Let these lashes on lashes remain,
For till then, I can at the gaze.
I know my love,
You know I gaze,
Though your eyes are closed,
Yet your cheeks indicate.
Note: I wrote this poem when saw her sitting in a DTC bus
