I can't share it with my shadow

 I can't share it with my shadow

 I can't share it with my shadow,

We both bear it all alone,

She and I, I and she,

With our lips just tied.


She knows I know,

I know she knows,

Yet we face each other,

Defying the facts, that try.


At the base of abyssal, 

In its deepest depth, 

I am sure of His mercy,

That shall bring me rest.


Note: In life some times we are hurt beyond repair at such time we find it hard to come at terms with realities. With Christ in our lives, we still can.
