On idea to pen,

Yet a cry to share,

And I tell you,

It will die unheard.


So many cries die unheard,

You can never hear a word,

In this world of hustle and bustle,

some things are never heard.


Could you hear the cry off,

People dying of cold,

Just tell me did it reach your ear,

If only you could hear.


Muzzaffar Nagar is a slap on the system,

It’s a slap on democracy face,

God of Jacob wake up,

People are dying again.
