I think an enemy has attacked us
a poem by R.A. Jacob
I think an enemy has attacked us,
Yet I will bowdown and pray,
I submit the helm in your hand,
The ship is yours always.
I can't steer the ship I am sure,
I can't steer the ship all alone,
When I fail to canoe, all alone,
I leave the deck to Him for sure.
He has to take control,
He won't fail for sure,
Neither have you ever failed,
Nor can thy servant fail.
