Let begone be begone, a poem by Reginold Ajay Jacob, India

Only one Judas was enough,
To hang My Lord on the tree
Eleven faithful disciples failed,
One did the job you see,

One Brutus is enough for Caesar,
All other daggers were just replicas you see
One Judas, one Brutus, one dash and dash,
Will play their part every now and then,

The sacrifice had to be made,
I too have been sacrificed,
At the altar of misunderstanding,
You always have a sacrifice.

Judas shall betray,
Brutus shall thrush in their swords,
Yet Life shall still go on,
Though Caesar shall be bygone.

Note: - Poem talks about betrayal and it's associated pain. Christ had to die on the cross. He was God He rose again. His death was for all of us to receive Life in its fullness.

What about Caesar or you and me when we are betrayed?

Dash and dash stand for people who betray us
